MinnAnimate | 2024 Festival Fundraiser

MinnAnimate is an artist-led animation festival that has screened work by more than 100 Minnesota-based animators since 2012. 

For eleven out of the past twelve years, the festival has been funded out of pocket by its organizers. We are asking you to help us change that. MinnAnimate is raising money to fund our annual festival and formalize our operations.

Our goal is to raise $5,000 to pay for 

1. Hosting a post-festival filmmaker event
2. Event Promotion
3. Redesigning our website
4. Redesigning our submission process to be easier for filmmakers, 
5. Organizer stipends

Animation is a vibrant and vital part of the arts in Minnesota. Your support can help MinnAnimate reach a wider audience and secure a better future for what has become a cornerstone of Minnesota’s animation scene.

We are able to accept tax-deductible donations because we are fiscally sponsored by

 Springboard for the Arts 

Springboard takes 5% of online donations for administrative costs.

Also, GiveMN.org, charges a 6.9% processing fee, but you have the option to cover that fee for us.
