Lyric Arts "20 Friends X 20 Dollars" Challenge

So long, 2020! Hello, 2021!

Let's be honest. This has been a difficult year for all of us. Unfortunately, it has been particularly difficult for Lyric Arts and the rest of the performing arts community.

But, we are looking on the bright side.

We are ready to move on to 2021—but not until we've had the chance to end 2020 on a high note!

We are looking forward to coming back strong, as soon as it is safe to do so. We can't wait to begin selecting productions, making plans, and collaborating with our community of artists to create theater that will make your heart sing.

To make all of those wonderful things possible in 2021, we need to put in the work and the money now.

This is why we need your help to raise $90,000 by December 31, 2020. 

To help reach our goal, we are searching for 2,020 new donors willing to give just $20.

Your donation of $20 (or more) will help:

• Keep the lights on and the heat running at the Main Street Stage, in addition to paying for other everyday expenses like phone, water, and internet bills
• Keep essential staff members on payroll 
• Pay stipends for a broad range of theater artists and technicians 
• Secure rights and pay royalties for productions in 2021 and throughout our upcoming 2021–2022 season
• Ensure children in the north metro have access to affordable, high-quality theater classes in a place where everyone is welcome
