Hey,

Join me, Luke Stieve, in supporting The Link for Give to the Max Day! I have been a Case Manager at the Marshall Reed Youth Center (MRYC) since 2022, where we assist youth involved with Probation. Our 100 hour program includes group and one-on-one services to foster resilience and strengths, focusing on after-school and weekend activities to provide positive alternatives during peak times for juvenile crime.

We currently have a match, so anything you donate will be doubled!

Also, I am going to do a raffle, I have two bottles, a Buffalo Trace and a Old Potrero (10 years, 8 months). Each entry of $5 or more gets entered into the Buffalo Trace, and $10 or more gets entered into the Old Portrero. A donation of $50 would be 5 entries into the Portrero, etc. As a way of saying thanks!

Contributions can be made via this page, Facebook, online, or by cash/check. Between November 1st and November 21th.

The Link provides housing and critical support services to youth experiencing homelessness, sexual exploitation, and involvement in the juvenile justice system. Each year, we serve around 2,000 youth and young families through our 3 divisions: Housing and Homeless Services, Safe Harbor, and Youth Advocacy.

  • $25 helps provide basic needs like hygiene supplies or food for a youth experiencing homelessness
  • $50 supports a monthly bus pass so a youth can get to work, school or a safe place to stay.
  • $100 helps provide one night of stable housing and supportive services to a young family transitioning out of homelessness
  • $250 supports crisis intervention for a youth experiencing sex trafficking
  • $500 helps provide one month of individualized education support that empowers a youth to succeed in school

Let me know if you have any questions or if I can clarify anything for you. Even if you cannot donate, if you can share I would greatly appreciate it!

Thank you!
