Quarry Park Mountain Bike Trails Campaign

The Quarry Park Mountain Bike Trail development project will be a game-changer for outdoor recreation in the St. Cloud area and the region. As you know, cities all over Minnesota have also made access to natural surface trails a pillar of quality of life-focused economic development. Younger workers and families with small children are choosing these locations for easy access to an active lifestyle.

We are planning the State's only all-weather race venue and destination-quality trails that will put our area on the map with the likes of Cuyuna, the Iron Range, and Duluth in attracting mountain bikers and events. The trail will also be a place for our youth mountain bike groups, the Mud Puppies and the St. Cloud Composite Mountain Bike team (6th-12th grade) will be able to practice. MMCC is currently working towards our goal of acquiring $200K in donations and commitments to meet the requirements from the State of MN Parks and Trails Legacy Grant. This project is gaining momentum and has been featured on WJON and St. Cloud Live. As of 10/15/24, we have received $125K in donations and commitments for 2024 and 2025. Donors are recognized at a Green (under $1K), Blue ($1K-$9,999) or Black ($10K +) Level. They are announced over social media, posted on our website, and will be displayed prominently at our trailhead. You can see our current donors are posted on our webpage.
