Did you know that the Minnesota Center for Environmental Advocacy traveled to Honduras this year? We did this because we know that, while being firmly focused on environmental protection in Minnesota, we are also connected to related efforts around the world.
I am proud of our organization for taking this step to broaden our horizons on issues like mining impacts in Honduras. I will be presenting about our trip in Duluth on November 13 and in Minneapolis at a future date to be announced. These are free public events and I'd love to see you there.
It's not easy to balance the demands of our every day work with the bigger picture. But it is necessary. If you want to show your support of work like this, you can do so by contributing to this GTMD fundraiser. I have a goal of 10 donors to MCEA of any size. Thank you so much.
