COVID-19 Operating Support Fund

Thank you for visiting Fred Wells Tennis & Education Center's Give at HomeMN Site. Your consideration in helping support our staff and operating fund during the COVID-19 pandemic is greatly appreciated. The COVID-19 fund was created to help support payroll and our emergency compensation plan for staff during the facility . 

Though The Fort has been closed since March 17 to the public, we are still working hard to maintain the facility, keep our community engaged, including virtual programming and remote support to TennisWorks participants, and strategize our future once we are able to re-open,  and begin, once again, fully delivering on our mission to bring people together of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds to embrace the lifelong game of tennis while serving under-resourced youth with the support of the community. 

The Fort Community has already begun providing support for the COVID-19 Fund with the donation of pre-paid registration and program fees as well as general donations. To date, the fund has raised $21,000 to support our team and the place that means so much to all of us.  Efforts are underway to ensure The Fort is an even better and safer place for our patrons to return to.  During #GiveAtHomeMN week, May 1 - 8, please help us reach our goal of $30,000 for this important fund.
