Irondale Drama 2023 - Be... Our... Donor!

Dear Alumni and Friends - 

The Irondale High School Drama Department will bring Disney's Beauty and the Beast to life on stage this fall. With our help, Director Janet Paone continues to produce theater programming for students that is bigger and better than ever.

Last year, we enabled Janet and her team to further expand the drama program. With our gifts, she brought in professionals who worked alongside students, she gave out scholarships to exemplary program participants, she provided transportation to off site theater events in the Twin Cities, she made capital improvements to the theater, and so much more. Thank you again for your extremely impactful and needed donations. State funding continues to fall short.

And this year, the bar continues to be raised even higher. Enhanced costumes are needed for this musical, kids will FLY once again (the video above is the Enchantress practicing her flight plan), professionals are being brought in from the Guthrie to stage certain action sequences, and other items will be needed all season long that are far and above what the school provided budget can afford.

Let's keep this program strong.
