Health care should be there when you need it. It shouldn't depend on your income, your job, or whether you can afford your insurance premiums. Yet too many Minnesotans face high costs, insurance barriers, denied claims, and difficult choices between getting the care they need and paying their bills.

Health Care for All Minnesota (HCA-MN) believes everyone deserves access to the health care they need, without financial hardship. We are building a grassroots movement for a publicly financed, universal health care system that covers every Minnesotan.

Our vision is the Minnesota Health Plan, a state-based, publicly financed system designed to provide comprehensive health care to all Minnesota residents. We believe health care decisions should be guided by patients' needs rather than insurance company profits.

Building a Movement for Change

Achieving health care for all takes sustained public engagement and people willing to work together for change. HCA-MN brings Minnesotans into this effort through grassroots organizing, public education, and legislative advocacy.

We work to build support across Minnesota and ensure that communities have a voice in shaping our state's health care future. Our members and supporters help spread the word, engage with elected officials, share their experiences, and make the case for a system that works for everyone.
