Give OUT Day 2025

WHAT IS GIVE OUT DAY?

Give OUT Day is the only national LGBTQ+ giving event. Since 2013, Give OUT Day has helped hundreds of LGBTQ nonprofits raise millions of dollars!

This year, Give OUT Day is June 5th. 

At a time when the LGBTQ+ community faces rising attacks on their everyday existence,  it is imperative to support LGBTQ+ nonprofits in sustaining and celebrating invaluable work - GiveMN. 

HDC has joined GiveMN in celebrating LGBTQ+ organizations and the people that they serve! Did you know that HDC is an LGBTQ+ organization? We are proud to have providers, groups and programs that support this incredible community. 

"I see my work with Tran’s and Nonbinary folk as a privilege; here in Duluth we already have Tran’s Refugee’s that have had to uproot from states where they were no longer allowed to live their lives fully. We hear our community and want to help in building connection for our local Queer folk and those wanting to build roots, support, and coping skills as they navigate gender and sexuality." - Alex Lorenz, HDC Provider.

In January, HDC launched a Gender Affirming Care Group: part of our Queer Community Connection initiative, to offer a space for individuals to connect, collaborate, and celebrate the pride of our fluidity.
