The Lost Chord Society for New Music

During the past 30 years the Lake Wobegon® Brass Band has presented dozens of World Premier performances of music by American, British and Austrailian composers.  We are now in the planning stage for a new major commission for our friend and composer Philip Wilby, one of the world's greatest composers of music for brass band. A concert is being planned for this commission to coinside with the 19th fining of the Johanna Kiln at St. Johns University in Collegeville. This commission for Philip Wilby will be the third major work he has written for our band.
