Support Disaster Relief

Headwaters volunteers assists communities that experience natural disasters such as hurricanes, tornadoes, flooding and fires. We help homeowners by removing damaged belongings from homes, removing moldy sheetrock, carpet and flooring and undertaking mold remediation. The people that we assist are overwhelmed by the loss of their belongings and the damage to their homes. People are grateful that Headwaters can assist them with volunteer time, so they don't have to pay for help when they have lost so much. 

Natural disasters have increased in recent years; climatologists predict there will be many other such events where our assistance will be needed. Our volunteers pay for their own transportation, either airfare or gas, as well as their hotel costs. All of these costs have increased due to inflation.     

We are asking for donations to support our national efforts to assist people in the aftermath of disaster. We will take more groups of volunteers to help individuals after a disaster. Your donation will help us maintain our trailer full of tools and supplies as well as defray the cost to the volunteers. We will be better prepared to respond to future natural disasters because of your generosity.
