In August, Spare Key's Executive Director made a bold decision. To save Spare Key during the COVID-19 pandemic, he would float a homemade raft down the Mississippi River drifting through all 10 states that border the river to raise awareness and funds for our organization.
He arrived in Baton Rouge, Louisiana on October 21st successfully completing his 1,700 mile, 10 state, 2 month journey.
But we're not done - we still need your help arriving at the "final mile" to our goal.
Today, to go the extra mile for Give to the Max Day, the Spare Key team will be cleaning up trash on Highway 55 in Medina. While we pick up litter, we are asking YOU to give to the FINAL MILE and help Spare Key raise $10,000 on Give to the Max Day to ensure we keep our doors open and continue helping families in medical crisis with our Help Me Bounce platform. No matter the illness or injury. No matter the age or income level. Spare Key helps families "Bounce and Not Break"!
