Give to the Max 2024: Because a World without Art is Silent.

This year, River City Rhythm is continuing its push to provide high quality experiences for participating members by providing high quality equipment that helps our performing ensembles grow and thrive in their pursuit of excellence in music and performance education.

Give to the Max Day is an important day of giving for Minnesota nonprofits that celebrates the incredible generosity of our community. It is only fitting that this day - a day that encourages our supporters to look ahead to the future and all that we can accomplish - be focused on why the arts are important for success in many walks of life. Donations raised through this campaign will be used to support the purchase of instruments and equipment across our forming ensembles, along with supporting costs associated with running each ensemble in order to keep member dues as affordable as possible.

Our Board of Directors has pledged to match all donations, up to $3,000, for this year's campaign! As a supporter of RCR and the performing arts, we hope you will consider a donation to our Give to the Max Campaign. No donation is too small to help us reach our goal and help set our ensembles up for success in the coming years.

River City Rhythm is a 501(c)3 organization. Charitable donations may qualify as a tax deductible contribution, check with your tax preparer to learn more. All donations will be used to support a quality member experience. 

What is Give to the Max?

Give to the Max Day is a Minnesota-based day of giving that started in 2009 to help encourage charitable giving to charities and nonprofits across the state. Since the start of the initiative, more than $300 million has been raised as part of this effort, including $34.2 million in 2022. 

Early giving begins on November 1st and runs through Give to the Max Day on November 20th, 2025. Each day leading up to the event - and every hour on the big day - comes with an opportunity to win additional cash prizes from GiveMN. Every donation made to RCR during this time increases our chances of winning, so be sure to share with friends and family and encourage them to get in on the giving!
