THE STORY:

The North Ballet Youth Company is a recognized 501c3 charity organization that annually produces a spectacular performance of the Classic Nutcracker Ballet. The production brings superb-professional ballet to the Elk River annually. A narrated version of the Nutcracker Ballet is put on the road in the surrounding communities such as Otsego, St. Michael, Albertville and surrounding communities including Children's Hospital of Minneapolis. It also provides a unique opportunity for aspiring dancers to showcase their talents. We are currently seeking sponsors and donors to support our efforts to expand and improve the performance:

$5,000 for a new backdrop
$3,000 for rolling costume road boxes
$3,000 to update costumes that have been used for almost a decade
