NorthStar Equine Rehab and Rescue is a 501c3 nonprofit horse rescue located in Carlton, Minnesota. Our goal is to network for the benefit of horses and other equines. We strive to prevent equines from livestock slaughter auctions; rehabilitate, and re-home horses when they are ready for adoption. Some of our rescues are permanent sanctuary residents at NorthStar, based on their age and healthcare needs. If you would like to offer a home for a rescued horse, please message us on Facebook.
