Dear Friends,

This company's vital commitment to artistic excellence in the pursuit of social justice engages my passions and feeds my soul!

My work with Ananya Dance Theatre's dynamic artists and collaborators for 14 years has served as the capstone of my 40+ year love affair with the performing art of dance.

While retired from day-to-day management, I continue to serve on the board of directors to support the work of this necessary partner in our cultural ecosystem.

Artists and their organizations exist as works-in-progress, building thriving infrastructures of people and process that nurture and inspire both their audiences and employees.

My successor as managing director has set ambitious goals for that process of becoming that lead us toward sustainable pay equity and – for the first time! – access to primary health care services for our employees.

I have learned that ambitious goals are realized when people who care stand together to share the journey, one footstep and one dollar at a time.

Will you please join me?
