Adults Catering to Theatre (Elk River HS Theatre)

Dear ERHS Theatre Supporters,

It's that time of year! That's right, Give to the Max is HERE!

 We are ADULTS CATERING TO THEATRE (ACTT).  ACTT is a non-profit organization that supports the Elk River High School Theatre Program and productions by:

• Feeding cast and crew during production-week rehearsals
• Supplying additional funds for much-needed equipment (microphones, set pieces, etc.)
• Offering financial assistance to students in the program
• Awarding scholarships to outstanding graduating seniors
• Producing high-quality playbills and posters 
• Organizing community outreach events
• Managing concessions, backstage help, ticket sales, etc.
• And so much more!

We believe that together, with your help, we can meet our $1,000 fundraising goal. We are excited to share that our #GTMD 2021 donations will be used to fund our continued support of the ERHS Theatre Program, including our fall play, Almost Maine.

Other performances this year include:

* Salem -- a one-act play about the Salem witch trials

* Head Over Heels -- a musical featuring music from the Go-Go's

It's going to be a great year! And ACTT needs your Give to the Max support this year more than ever. Our fundraising efforts were very limited last year due to the pandemic, but our needs remain the same: to provide an outstanding theatre experience for our students. A financial donation to ACTT will help us with our continued support of ERHS Theatre programming and production efforts, as well as scholarships for graduating seniors.

     *Please remind us who your child is so we can put the merchandise in their hands. If you prefer, we can mail gift items to you (please provide a mailing address).
