Camp Finland

Camp Finland needs your support!

Due to lack of staff availability we weren't able to hold Camp Finland as usual last year for the first time since 2014. This year our staff numbers are great, but some of our funding sources have changed and we need to ask for help to make it a reality again. Beginning in 2014, Camp Finland has become an essential part of summer for many local families. Since 2018 we have held both Youth and Teen Camps every summer to meet the age-specific needs of our region's youth and it has grown in popularity and cost. Between our weekly Youth Night (20-40 kids weekly), Camp Finland (up to 55 local youth per year), and multiple intergenerational community field trips throughout the year, our youth depend on us for space and guidance as they grow. With the changes in funding this year, we are around $7,000 short of what we need. These funds will be used specifically for transportation, supplies, food, and wages for our wonderful staff during this year's Camp Finland.  A donation from you would help us to make up this shortfall and allow us to once again put on a high quality summer camp experience for the kids in our community.
