Our Legacy

Benedictine Living Community-Duluth was the first of Benedictine’s many communities. It was established by the Benedictine Sisters of St. Scholastica who arrived in the Duluth area in the 19th century. Our community keeps its deep ties to the Sisters, as our buildings are connected to their Monastery.

A Continuum of Care

Benedictine Duluth is the only senior living community in the region that offers a full continuum of care, including independent and assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, adult day services, home health and therapy/rehabilitation. 

Our community is situated on a hill overlooking Lake Superior, where residents can enjoy all the beautiful scenery Duluth has to offer from the comfort of their windows, and when they join planned excursions around the city.
