#GiveNative is a movement to direct more funding to Native-led organizations on Giving Tuesday. 0.4 percent of all philanthropic funding by large U.S. foundations go towards nonprofits that serve the Native population, which contributes to systemic under-resourcing in the Native community.
As we near our 25th year of operation at DWH, we are eager to continue our work in the Native community to restore health and wellbeing in the Native community by recovering knowledge of and access to healthy Indigenous foods, medicines, and lifeways.
