SUPPORT BIPOC LEADERS. Amplify the voices of Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) community leaders at the Capitol by making a gift supporting Wilder's Community Equity Program. Community Equity Program (CEP) is an immersive political leadership program that is developed by and for Black, Indigenous and People of Color. Your support can fuel the journey of BIPOC leaders as they build on their own power, skills and experience to engage and impact public policy decisions in their communities.

PLUS starting November 1st, 2023, you can

when you give to the Community Equity Program!

CEP engages a cohort of about 15 emerging and experienced leaders over the course of nine months, working with them to secure opportunities and tools they can use to shape communities locally and nationally.

The cohort learns about Minnesota's legislative policymaking process, creates meaningful relationships and connections, and builds capacity and power to fight for the changes they seek at the Capitol. Your support bolsters them on their journey to tackle inequities in real, transformative ways.
