TDT26 - Allen Keller

Flaming Pine Youth Camp was organized in 1975-76 and for going on 50 years has contributed to the raising up of children, and secondarily quite a few somewhat older "children",  toward maturity in the name of our savior, Jesus.  This years funds will go toward that purpose, but in operating a camp like this there are a lot of ways people can serve.  One of the "necessaries" is keeping the grounds, lawns, ballfields, and roadway edges in good shape.  A lot of hours are spent mowing almost every day, not attempting it all at once.  Hats off to our Caretakers.  To accomplish this a new professional quality "grass conditioner" (aka lawn mower" is needed with large cutting area and maneuverability, plus "durability".  A lot of down time has been experienced with frustrations of the repeated repairs of the current mower....thus a primary direction for use of this year's TDT funds.
