Adopt - a - Seat

The Timber Hall Event Center hosts a variety of events throughout the year and want to provide guests with a better experience by adding benches and improving seating throughout the property. 

YOU CAN CONTRIBUTE TO THIS INITIATIVE BY ADOPTING A SEAT.

Any donation amount is appreciated and we have provided some options for you to dedicate a chair, bleacher row, bench, or picnic table in honor of a friend or loved one, your family, or organization. 

Dedicated seats will be engraved with plaques and displayed as a tribute to the sponsor. 

You also have the ability to choose the location of your seat (as applicable). We will do our best to place your dedication in the area chosen but placement is not guaranteed.

Dedication Options:

Chairs (Limit 400) - Cost $30

Bleacher Row (Limit 50) - Cost $40

Bench (Limit 15) - Cost $65

Picnic Table (Limit 14) - Cost $150 

**All additional funds will be allocated toward a seating improvement project.**
