We are a nonprofit professional development organization dedicated to increasing the diversity of our elected officials and other change agents in Minnesota. We provide training services to emerging leaders from under-represented communities across the state and teach them how to organize their communities to eradicate the racism, patriarchy, and wealth inequality in our systems.
