HUGE Theater is participating in Give to the Max Day on Thursday November 19, 2020 and Will and I are raising money for them. (Scroll down to the end to learn how.)

HUGE Theater is an improv theater that has our hearts. It is a 100% BIPOC-friendly performing arts organization. The arts can and do tend to just continue the status quo with regards to institutional racism and discrimination and HUGE Theater has taken very real and very thoughtful steps to counter this. For years, they've been changing and restructuring their classes, marketing strategy, policies, mission, etc., to center specifically around actively combating our embedded biased mindset towards people with marginalized identities. We used to not often see people of color, immigrants, LGBTQ+, people with disabilities, Native Americans, etc. take center stage, for example, and now, while the numbers certainly aren't where they should be, they've improved dramatically over on the HUGE Theater stages. Huge Theater cannot survive without all of us. 

Please give this Thursday, even a little, and trust that it will all add up to so much more. Golden Tickets are random chance drawings, drawn at random, at different times of the day, for a chance to win extra money ($500 - $1000) for that particular non-profit organization. These chances occur for each donation made, no matter how small the donation. You could literally donate $5 and give us a really really good chance at winning a Golden Ticket for that hour!
