The St. Paul Police K-9 Foundation is seeking donations to permit it to provide veterinary and other care to retired canines as their care is no longer covered by the St. Paul Police Department. Havoc, pictured above retired but his new owner, who was his handler while they served in the SPPD K-9 Unit, requested and received funds to provide needed dental care for Havoc.
