We have been in Dayton's Bluff for 5 years now. We have been a local church for 2 years and a community building organization fight food insecurity. We are a black led organization and notice we have a lot of cultural centers but not one for African Americans. There isn't a physical space for youth explore, hear, and learn from black voices on the Eastside.

We desire to see a cultural space where black and brown communities can cultivate innovation and creativity. The mission of the cultural center is demonstrate redemptive relational building between neighbors while cultivating restorative justice in Dayton’s Bluff Neighborhood.

Faith City Church is a movement of people dedicated to the flourishing of the impoverished. Faith City has been doing community development with the neighborhood officially since 2017. They work with city council on food insecurity. The local elementary school to empower and uplift faculty and parents. Faith City has helped 3 business incubate through their social good business Storehouse Grocers.
