Remembering Nora Coutu

On October 17, 2025, Nora Ruth Coutu was born sleeping at 16 weeks gestation. She had all ten fingers and toes. Her eyes were just starting to open. Nora was a beautiful miracle to us, as we had only been able to conceive previously through infertility treatments. While we may never know what happened, we do know she left an imprint in our lives forever. We miss her every day.

Halos of the St. Croix Valley stepped in to help us during that difficult time. They came to the hospital and took professional photos of Nora for free, provided numerous resources, made phone calls to the funeral home so we didn’t have to, and paid for her cremation and urn. During one of the most difficult times in our lives, they eased the burden tremendously. We are so grateful for this nonprofit and hope to be able to give back in some way.
