Help Lakes Area Theatre Reach More MN Communities

Help Lakes Area Theatre Reach More Minnesota Communities

Goal: $6,000

Every Lakes Area Theatre performance starts long before the audience arrives.

Sets have to be packed. Costumes have to be protected. Props, lighting, sound equipment, tools, and production supplies all need to make it safely from one partner venue to the next.

This Give to the Max season, Lakes Area Theatre is raising $6,000 toward the purchase and setup of an enclosed trailer for our summer community performance series.

A dedicated trailer would give us a safer and more organized way to transport the materials that make our productions possible.

Your support will help us:

- Protect scenery, costumes, props, lighting, and sound equipment

- Reduce damage and transportation challenges

- Improve load-in and load-out

- Preserve reusable production materials

- Keep productions adaptable for different community venues

- Continue creating paid opportunities for regional actors and artists

- Present live theatre in communities throughout Greater Minnesota

How the $6,000 may be used:

Funds may support the purchase of an enclosed trailer as well as registration and title expenses, locks and security equipment, interior shelving and storage, equipment restraints, hitch or electrical needs, insurance, and other approved setup costs.

Every gift helps.

$25 helps protect props and production supplies.

$50 helps support costume and equipment storage.

$100 helps with safety and security equipment.

$250 provides significant support toward trailer setup.

$500 helps fund larger equipment and preparation needs.

$1,000 provides major support toward the trailer purchase.

Whether you give $10 or $1,000, your contribution helps Lakes Area Theatre build a safer, more sustainable way to bring live performance to the communities we serve.
