The 

Family Resource Center (FRC) is designed to support families by offering a wide range of services and resources aimed at strengthening family well-being and promoting healthy children.

• FRC is a vital community hub where parents, caregivers, and children can access resources that build resilience, encourage healthy relationships, and foster stability.
• FRC operates under a family-centered and strength-based approach, recognizing that every family has unique needs and inherent strengths, and we serve as a bridge connecting families to local resources.
• FRC offers services to families and children of Olmsted County with the goal of helping them thrive. 
• FRC aims to support families early on to prevent crises.

Family Resource Center is a key resource in the community, providing families with tools, education, and support that promote stability and resilience. Through the implementation of the Five Protective Factors and tailored support for kinship caregivers, we are focused on strengthening families and helping ensure every child can flourish.
