Welcome to Holy Trinity Lutheran Academy's 2025 Give to the Max Page. Thank you for visiting! Last year we raised money for a school van, classroom aides and teacher support staff, and new teacher/student desks in multiple classrooms. Holy Trinity Lutheran Academy is located in New Hope, MN and partners with students and their families from seven different school districts on the west side of Minneapolis.
This year, Holy Trinity Lutheran Academy is fundraising to provide updates for our new second grade classroom. HTLA's current faculty consists of six full-time teachers and one part-time teacher. In addition, we have one full-time and three part time classroom aides. These classroom assistants and new teacher staff have made it possible to meet the needs of our students and expand our second grade. Classroom assistants can both support students who need extra practice and challenge students who are advancing at a higher rate. In our multi-grade setting, teachers can focus attention on a small group being taught while the aide supports and assists students working in other parts of the classroom. Having teacher aides and additional teacher staff have been a tremendous blessing to our faculty and students. HTLA will to continue the use of support staff in the second grade and your G2M gift will help make this possible.
In order to be accessible to those in our community, HTLA also offers scholarships to families who apply and qualify. HTLA awards over $80,000 of need-based scholarship assistance annually, using an assessment administered by a third-party. Currently, only a portion of these scholarships are funded through a disbursement from the Tuition Assistance Perpetual Endowment Fund (TAF). Three quarters of the G2M funds raised in 2025 year will be contributed to the TAF. Your support will help not only the students currently enrolled at HTLA, but it will help us to maintain accessibility for students in our community many years into the future.
