Hope for the Holidays

Imagine going to bed hungry on Thanksgiving.  Imagine being a child waking up on Christmas morning to no presents. Imagine sleeping in a doorway just to stay out of the freezing cold. For thousands of people in Minneapolis, this is a reality. 

With COVID-19, we have seen the poor and vulnerable in our city devastated and left without hope. They feel overlooked and forgotten. The Life Center wants to change that. We are reaching out to the homeless, poor, and hurting in the inner city with a message of hope, that they are loved and not forgotten! 

This holiday season we are impacting our communities through our Thanksgiving and Christmas outreaches. We are hosting a Thanksgiving outreach where we will hand out turkeys, boxes of groceries, and winter wear to over 500 people. For our Christmas Outreach, we will give away thousands of presents to hundreds of families.
