Work Readiness Program for Youth

Rainbow Roots is an empowerment and workforce readiness initiative of Minnesota People of Color LGBT Pride (MNPOC Pride) designed to uplift and equip LGBTQ+ youth and young adults of color ages 14–24. Rooted in community pride and cultural identity, Rainbow Roots helps participants grow both personally and professionally through mentorship, leadership development, career readiness training, and mental wellness support.

By combining cultural pride, education, and opportunity, Rainbow Roots nurtures a new generation of leaders who are grounded in who they are and ready to grow together toward a stronger, more inclusive future.
