Trilingua Cinema is a non-profit organization fiscally sponsored by Springboard for the Arts. Our mission is to use multilingual films to create community in East Side Saint Paul by screening movies in English, Hmong, Spanish, and other languages. Our ultimate goal is to create a multilingual brick and mortar movie theater in the Payne-Phalen neighborhood.
