Providing shelter for homeless people in the Mankato area for over 25 years
Partners for Affordable Housing provides shelter for homeless families and individuals, and helps them to secure economically viable long-term housing.
Part of the community for over 25 years, Partners for Affordable Housing is seasoned in providing housing for vulnerable populations. PAH owns and operates a number of scattered site housing facilities that provide emergency, transitional and permanent affordable housing options to homeless and/or at-risk individuals and families in the Mankato area.
The Theresa House and Welcome Inn emergency shelters serve women and families experiencing a temporary housing crisis. The average length of stay is 60 days. At the shelters, families have a private bedroom and receive case management and other supportive services as they begin their journey to their own permanent housing.
