The Young Nonprofit Professionals Network of the Twin Cities (YNPN-TC) is an all-volunteer organization with the mission of providing and promoting opportunities for the development of young nonprofit professionals. We run on the passion of our members to learn, grow, and connect through a shared sense of purpose. 

We envision a world where young nonprofit professionals connect through purpose, challenge to change, and lead together. We accomplish this not just through our general programming, but through listening to you and your needs through our membership survey, connecting with you through member meet-ups, and promoting equitable practices. You are what inspired our vision. Building community with you is at the center of everything we do.

We meet our mission without charging any membership fees or event registrations.

Why give?

As an organization, we currently have a board of 21 young nonprofit leaders, dozens of committee volunteers, hundreds of event attendees and thousands of members engaged online. Together we create dynamic programming and conversation that offers young nonprofit professionals the opportunity to develop skills, take leadership in an organization, and connect to peers and mentors.

YNPN Twin Cities strives to be transparent about its budget and how funds will be used. Our main priority is to invest in the professional development of young Twin Cities nonprofit professionals. This includes covering expenses for our Leadership Breakfasts and workshops, supplies for our networking events, and the tools we need to promote opportunities for our members.
