Yaj Neej Tshiab's staff members are all volunteers. Yaj Neej Tshiab upholds these core values in our lives and promotes them in the community. We believe that a solid family foundation is important to our identity and to tackle life's challenges; however, we also believe that the family foundation should be dynamic rather than static.
