Wildwood Manor

Wildwood Manor, a 40-unit facility, was established in 1983 through a self-incorporated non-profit organization with an independent board of directors.  Since 1991, Ebenezer Management Services has managed the HUD financed Section 8, 202 Loan Program at Wildwood Manor.

The residents at Wildwood Manor pay 30% of their adjusted gross income for rent.  To qualify to live here you must be 62 years old or older or be 18 years old or older who require a mobility impaired apartment.  You must also qualify by meeting the income guidelines set out by HUD each year.

Your donation to Wildwood Manor could impact the lives of our seniors in one of the following ways:

• Offset fees to contracted exercise program
• Offset transportation fees for outings
• Provide educational Life-Long Learning Programs
• Assist with programs not funded by HUD
