The "Why You?" Initiative, Inc., is a growing national nonprofit organization established in 2011 to eradicate barriers to students and young professionals’ success by effectively delivering longitudinal support/mentoring via a fusion of technological and traditional mediums. The organization currently interacts with high school students, college, and graduate/professional students and young professionals in 19 states, with its headquarters being in Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota. 

We're celebrating 10 years of impact. We have impacted 1,298+ Students & Young Professionals that have earned and/or is earning High School Diplomas, GEDs, Certifications, Associate Degrees, Bachelor’s Degrees, Master’s Degrees (i.e. MBA), and Doctoral Degrees (i.e. Ed.D., J.D., M.D., Ph.D.).
