Partner with Western Lake Superior Habitat for Humanity!

Western Lake Superior Habitat for Humanity's "compassionate construction" address the serious need for affordable and decent housing in our communities.  Habitat creates side-by-side partnerships among community members with housing-related needs and volunteers willing to share their talents and learn new skills. This includes new home builds, rehabs of existing structures, and exterior renovation projects for current homeowners.

Your time, money, and other resources make you a companion in this journey with families to improve their housing and lives. We currently are amidst consolidation, transition, and organizational development to sustainable and high-quality growth -- we heartily invite your help with this effort. Your partnership with help us consolidate and build on this progress.

The dollars we spend to build and repair safe, decent homes come from donors like you, businesses and community organizations, foundations, and grant and loan programs facilitated by our state support organizations.

We offer a direct connect: your dollar delivered to a neighbor and partner in need in the form of a new home, access ramp, insulation, or exterior paint. Our administrative costs are covered by monthly mortgage payments from our local Habitat homeowners. So the dollars donated by you, your church, business, service group and community foundations purchase the tools, building materials, and expertise needed to help our neighbors build, repair, and maintain affordable housing. Thank you for partnering in this dignified and respectful ministry of compassion!
