WeNetworkNow is a Minnesota-based non-profit that empowers the African diaspora by breaking down barriers to professional success. Through collaboration, cultural education, and mentorship, we provide a supportive space for growth and networking. While we focus on uplifting African immigrant communities, our programs are open to all. Since our inception, we have proudly supported hundreds of high school and college students, as well as working professionals. Our impactful collaborations with Fortune 500 companies, foundations, and the State of Minnesota have expanded our reach both within Minnesota and beyond.

WeNetworkNow seeks donor support to build sustainable, impactful services through the below initiatives. We are aiming to raise $184,000. Here’s how your donations will be used:
Staffing: WeNetworkNow aims to hire a full-time program manager ($75,000/year) to connect with local employers and the African diaspora, plus a part-time social media coordinator ($35,000/year) to enhance WeNetworkNow's online engagement.
Dedicated Space: A budget of $24,000/year will secure a dedicated event and office space, providing a consistent location for WeNetworkNow’s workshops, networking events, and volunteer activities.
Professional Services: WeNetworkNow plans to contract a bookkeeper ($10,000/year) and grant-writing support ($20,000/year) to ensure financial health and expand fundraising capacity.
Operational Costs: Additional funds ($20,000/year) will support IT infrastructure, event needs, and marketing, helping WeNetworkNow sustain and grow its mission.
