WellSpring provides hope and restoration for Christian pastors, leaders, ministry workers, and lay members. Our outreaches empower people to live, give and serve from their unique and deep identity in Jesus Christ.

• SPIRITUAL DIRECTION & MENTORING - helping international, national and local ministry leaders one-to-one to listen for God in the highs and lows of life and service, strengthen their inner listening muscles to discern God in their ministry, transform wounds from being merely painful to being places to find God and their deeper selves, and to hear next steps in their ministry and journey with God

• TEMPERAMENT COUNSELING - helping leaders, couples and individuals unravel the mystery of who they are, develop greater intimacy with those they love, experience greater satisfaction in their careers, move toward freedom from lies that bind, and experience joy in knowing, valuing and loving how God made them

• IN-DEPTH RENEWAL RETREATS - creating transforming events that help leaders and members encounter God – to reflect, reset, and experience God’s transforming care. The result? Deeper wells out of which to extend God’s loving care to their families, co-workers and those God has given them to serve.

• FORMATIVE RESOURCES -  offering classic Christian resources through videos, books and curricula to inspire, guide and enrich hearts. Creating group and personal materials that give direction to inner longing for intimacy with God and others.
