We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization providing free, 24/7 peer support for Minnesotans through programs focused on advocacy, education, and connection. Our work is led by people with lived experience of mental health and substance-use recovery, because we know that those who’ve walked the journey are best equipped to walk alongside others.

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide accessible, affordable, and helpful peer-led resources with compassionate and nonjudgmental support and advocacy—and to create opportunities for those who are experiencing or have been affected by mental-health and substance-use challenges to be heard.

Every year, thousands of Minnesotans find understanding through our phone lines, virtual sessions, and community events. From late-night Warmline calls to daytime peer groups, we ensure no one has to face life’s hardest moments alone.
