Visit Saint Paul Foundation

The Blooming Saint Paul program beautifies the city through the display of hanging flower baskets, welcoming visitors to the city. The Visit Saint Paul Foundation partners with the City of Saint Paul to help raise funds for flower baskets along West 7th Street, Kellogg Boulevard, St. Peter Street and Wabasha Street.

Baskets are installed in early June and are hung from special brackets installed by the City onto light poles. The number of baskets has varied with a high of 602 baskets in 2015 - the Visit Saint Paul Foundation is fundraising for 174 baskets in 2016.

This program is supported entirely through sponsorship - without sponsors, there are no flowers.

Sponsorship is $100.00 per basket which includes the 18” diameter planted pot plus maintenance all summer long.

Sponsorship is for existing flower locations. If you're interested in hanging flower baskets in a location that hasn't previously had them, please let us know.
