Quest for Excellence

When we learned about classical education, we gave up everything we knew and pursued it, just like the story of the “pearl of great price” found in Matthew 13:45-46. At Veritas Academy:

• We are training students to lead with eloquence.
• We are inspiring depth and wisdom.
• We are cultivating rightly ordered affections (the ancient concept of virtue).
• We are imprinting a biblical framework to understand everything.

Families are catching on and joining us in our Quest for Excellence. In the last two weeks, we added 7 students from four different families. One of the families had already paid for the whole year at another school, but when they heard about us, they made the switch immediately. They are now commuting half an hour each way because, when you find a “pearl of great value”, you give up everything. Great things are happening at Veritas!

The difference we make at Veritas is evident. We know our students by name and we customize our support to serve each family with great care. And most importantly, we value each child.  

Doing all this without government funding is a financial sacrifice for both the school and our students. It means that although Veritas Academy charges tuition, we still rely on donors like you to meet our goals.  This year, we are at 52% of our budget and to end the calendar year, we need an additional $10,000 to meet our goal and maintain our strong program.
