We help break the cycle of crisis for individuals and communities through reigniting connection, self-discovery, and dreaming. We build a bridge between crisis to successful engagement with community resources by preparing people to see and seize lasting change through our three programs: Enriching Schools Program, PACE Program, and Empowering Adults Program.

CHOOSING MY FUTURE

It has not been easy — multiple overdoses, numerous attempts at getting free, but now two years after meetings with my Empowering Adults Program Life Advocate, I found encouragement and structure. I am so excited to say that I am on my final stretch in my studies for cybersecurity.

I CAN DO IT THIS TIME!

Working with my Empowering Adults Program Life Advocate really helped me set goals for a better me. After completing my 14 weeks, I have worked with UpWorks Partners in finding housing and I am enrolling in college in the spring. I can do it this time.
