The UnitedHealthcare Children’s Foundation (UHCCF) offers timely financial support to families, so they can focus on what is most important – improving the quality of life of their child. UHCCF grants help with medical expenses not covered, or not fully covered, by their commercial health insurance. 

The mission of UHCCF is to provide medical grants that significantly enhance the clinical condition or quality of life of children across the United States, covered under a commercial health insurance plan and are 16 years old or younger. UHCCF has awarded over 28,000 grants totaling more than $58M to children and families.
