We believe it’s the church’s responsibility to meet the pressing needs of the world through acts of gracious service in the model of Jesus Christ. To this end, we provide a holistic approach to support men and women in need and provide them with the long-term support and community they need.

Twin Cities Ministries was founded in 2011 as a partnership of local churches seeking to serve people in recovery and returning citizens. We provide chaplaincy services to Ramsey County Jail, sober housing to men and women in recovery, anger management, domestic violence counseling, and pastoral care to our residents and people in the community.

Our belief then, as now, is that those who are trapped in a cycle of despair, incarceration, and addiction don’t need another program, they need a family.
