Your donation helps us provide chemical health treatment, housing and social support services in North Minneapolis!

Turning Point Inc. is an African American agency that provides culturally-specific substance use disorder treatment, housing, support services and training to adults. Based in North Minneapolis, we're working to improve the condition of the community in the following areas:

• Chemical Health: We offer inpatient and outpatient chemical health treatment programs. The primary goal of inpatient treatment is to transition clients from chemical dependency to self-sufficiency through sobriety. Services include case management, individual and group counseling, sober living skills, relationship counseling, job skills training and more.
  
• Housing: We offer two types of housing – Supportive Housing for men recovering from drug and alcohol dependency and Low-Income Housing for men and women.
  
• Culturally Specific Support Services: Our Culturally Specific Service Center (CSSC) is a one-stop shop set up to address disparities in healthcare and insurance, legal issues, housing, employment and more.
  
• Training: We offer cultural based training programs to providers, businesses and organizations to help them keep pace with diverse and changing populations and the people they serve.
