We rescue countless medical cases, many of whom may not have had a chance without our mighty little rescue! We rely solely on your support & donations!

Tuff Start Rescue is a foster-based, non-profit animal rescue, which is 'home' to approximately 70 animals (dogs & cats) who would have otherwise been homeless or sadly, euthanized. Our rescue fur-babies range from carefree, rambunctious kittens to beloved seniors with special needs. We love each and every one of them like crazy! Because we take in so many medical cases (urinary obstructions, epileptics, those with broken bones, Addisonians, diabetics, etc), we are always trying to keep up with our expensive medical bills. We are currently over $20,000 in the hole from all of the advanced testing, referrals to specialists, ultrasounds, emergency hospitalizations, medical & surgical procedures, dental procedures, etc.
